We bill in 15 minute increments, at $99 per increment.  We can answer many basic questions during this time - but advanced questions or interpretation of documents typically requires additional time.

  • Evaluate their situation and determine what type of claims they may have;

  • Figure out what steps they should take next to strengthen their claims;

  • Interpret their mold test results.

  • First, we request that you fill out our contact form, so that we can determine if we have a possible conflict of interest;

  • If we do not, we will set up a consultation, which typically starts with a 15 minute phone call.

  • The cost for this call is $99, during which we can usually answer many of your basic questions.

  • If additional information or time is needed - or document review required - we bill in 15 minute increments.

  • Payment is required prior to any consultations.

We provide clear, situation-specific answers—not generic advice.
